1. What is Flip or Hold
A pass-and-play trivia game for several players on one device. No user account is required.
2. Data we process

We do not collect real names, emails, or spoken answer content (the game is local pass-and-play).
3. Legal bases (EEA/UK)
- Legitimate interest / contract: aggregated analytics and stability.
- Consent: personalized ads via UMP when required.
- If you deny personalized ads, we may show non-personalized ads.
4. Third parties
Each provider has its own policy. Data may be processed outside the EEA with appropriate safeguards (e.g. SCCs).
- Google Firebase (Analytics, Crashlytics)
- AppLovin MAX and mediated ad networks (e.g. Google AdMob)
5. Retention
Analytics and crash events are retained per the provider (typically months). Local preferences until you uninstall the app.
6. Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, or objection by emailing victorvila.dev@gmail.com. You can also reset the Advertising ID in Android Settings.
7. Children
The app is not directed at children under 13. We do not participate in Google Play Designed for Families.
8. Changes
We may update this policy; the last updated date will reflect changes.
