A lot of work gets done "because that's how it's always been done": copying data between systems, answering similar emails, preparing weekly reports, reviewing delivery notes, sorting tickets, updating spreadsheets. All of that can be automated, and the payback is usually immediate.
What I do is listen to you — or come to your workplace — and spend a couple of hours watching how things actually run. I take notes, ask questions, and leave with a concrete, prioritized list of automatable tasks.
I'm not here to sell you a tool. I'm here to understand where time is being lost and tell you straight: what's worth automating, what isn't, and what you can do yourself without needing anyone.
